Question Stefani, I have a cousin that has fibromyalgia. For that i have made her a bracelet made of abalone to help with her pain as there is no cure for this. Anyway what i need to know is how can i bless it before i give it to her. any advice you can give me will be greatly apreciated.
Answer Mary,
Blessings come from your heart and your spirit. You do not need special tools or techniques in order to bless the bracelet you have made- a simple prayer from you is sufficient. However, if you feel as if you need a technique that will help you concentrate and direct your energy, try the following:
Hold the bracelet in your hands and close your eyes. Slowly breathe in, and as you do so, visualize your lungs filling up with pure, green light- the color of healing. On the exhale, imagine that green light flowing out of your body and surrounding the bracelet. Repeat this several times, until you feel within yourself that you have imbued the bracelet with a sufficent amount of healing energy. Don't forget to eat something starchy afterwards- directly spiritual energy outwards can be draining, and it's important to replenish your body, otherwise you may feel slightly weak and tired afterwards.
