Pagan/Wiccan Religion/Blessing a stone

Question
How does one go about charging/blessing a stone with positive energy?  I've been to several Wicca Shops where you can acquire or have stones blessed, however have not been able to find anything on how it is done exactly.

Answer
This process is so easy, I'm surprised that these stores are "selling" this 'blessing' service.

You can:
Set it in the light of the full moon to cleanse it
You can also use small doses of sun light depending on the stone and the surrounding elements.  (care is to be taken, as this could cause a fire.)
You could sprinkle the stone with salt water, but make sure you know what kind of stone you have, as some stones react badly with water.
You could leave it for a short while in a bowl of salt (unless the stone has "ite" in it's name, because it'll react with the salt)

Or you can simply hold it in your hands and visualize bright light filling your stone and driving out any negative energies.

Blessings!
