i am 13 years old and studing wicca , i would like to know if i am to old to do wiccaning , if im am how do i do it?

Answer
A Wiccaning is for babies, from birth to a year old.  At thirteen, it is more correct to do a self dedication, after a year and a day of study.  That is as long as you have discussed this with your parents.  

Here is a good website for basic information that you can share with your parents to help them understand your interest.  This will also talk about the basics of converting once you have worked things out with your parents/ Guardians.
