Question Hola Adriana it is me Pablo again I found your answers very helpful the las time on which I am very Grateful, I was looking for some guidance about the same subject of Alpha state, though the recording meditations of yoga are very helpful,I needed to know if there could be a possibility that some Hypnosis could help me to control the reaching of the Alpha state through one thing they call checkpoints. the reason why I say this its because it turns still a very hard job for me to reach Alpha as I mention before and because of that I currently can't reach it enough times for me to really say I can dominate that state.only visited.unfortunately every time I have to reach it back it looks as if I had to climb a mountain with one hand tied up to my back (a very fit reference to the physical work it takes me to start from scratch every time)
so I would love to know if Hypnotism can help me to plant checkpoints in to my subconscious mind so I could reach back the alter state with less resistance.

There is no doubt that hypnosis can be very helpful, to implant and incorporate certain patterns. I do not see why not. I actually think it can be really helpful. This is a great experiment and experience regardless of the outcome. But I honestly think you should give it a shot, specially if this is the goal you wish you to reach.
