I can answer all questions regarding natural spirituality and being a pagan. Being Wicca, Golden Dawn, Shamanist, whatever...is like saying you're Lutheran or Baptist. They are all forms of paganism and all based on natural spirituality. I am Romani (gypsy) and part Lakota (American Indian) and I was raised in natural spiritualism. I am a life path counselor for my group, a ritualist, and a spell weaver. Most of my work consists of guiding people on how to find spiritual peace in a very chaotic material world. Ask me anything.

Experience
Romani and Lakota by blood and raised in the old traditions. High Priestess - Rainbow Moon Clan. Ordained Christian Minister

Question
QUESTION: Hi Labyrinth,

Let me start by thanking you for taking the time to answer my question.
I've been dating someone for a little less than a year. As of late, we've been having really serious arguments over the most petty and trivial things. We're both strong-willed, but he is much more stubborn than me. We haven't spoken in a week and i honestly cannot remember what our last argument was about...which makes me incredibly sad. I recently visited a psychic and I'll say that I was satisfied with the knowledge she had of my relationship, without me doing anything more than showing her a picture of him. She told me that this man is faithful and true to me and that the reoccurring problems/arguments are being brought on by some spiritual work that his ex-girlfriend is doing. I totally believe this as a few nights before i saw the psychic, i dreamed that the boyfriend and i were arguing in a public place and the ex-girlfriend was nearby having some hearty laughs at our expense. Because I can't pay hundreds of dollars, the psychic wouldn't tell me what kind of work the ex-gf is doing or has done. In an effort to remove the ex-girlfriend from my relationship, i lit 3 figurine candles. A man and a woman to symbolize me and my boyfriend; we were very close, but not touching. And then i lit a female candle for her, with her back to him and about 4 inches away from us. Well, my candle burned the quickest but my boyfriend's wax dripped and melted all into mine. My wax went in the direction opposite of the ex-girlfriend and my boyfriend's wax followed mine. Soon after my figurine melted, i lit another candle, to symbolize myself, and placed it close to his burning candle. Again, his wax moved toward me and even wrapped around the glass holder for my second candle. His was the second candle to burn out and he finished about two hours after my initial figurine. Her's took the longest to burn, extinguishing about 7 hours after i lit them all (at the same time). She had an incredibly high flame and the fact that it took her so long leads me to believe that she's been working long and hard at separating us. Also, once my boyfriend's candle went out, that is when her wax started melting towards him; but her wax didn't make it within 2.5 inches of my boyfriend. (Geesh...I hope i'm not boring you...I just want to give you as much information as possible.) I meditated and focused on the candles while they burned. Telling my boyfriend all of the ways that i feel about him and when i was doing this, i noticed the candles reacting to my energy. As i spoke to him my flame leaned in his direction and his flame would start jumping erratically. When i would tell the ex-girlfriend that she needed to leave us alone, her flame would react, as well.
Now, my questions to you are: Is there a non-harmful banishing spell I can use to get rid of her for good? (I need her gone because what this guy and I have is truly special.) I don't want to harm her only because I'm concerned about the work I do coming back to me three-fold...I could really care less about her.  Is there a candle spell i can use to re-open the doors of communication with my boyfriend? Get him to remember all of the wonderful things about us? Pretty much tear down some of that stubborn-wall so that he and i can make up (for good)?  What can I do in order for him to return to me sooner than later? I don't want to manipulate his free will; but I know that this man loves and misses me (we haven't spoken...but i've "felt" his presence a few times). What can i do to protect my relationship from this kind of spiritual work, again?

Thanking you for your patience. I really do appreciate it!

ANSWER: Charging huge amounts for spells to help you out of trouble is one of the ways I weed out quacks, or at least greedy people, who are equally bad, because they practice out of the wrong motivation.
When I do spell work for people I ask them to let the magick rest and work, then, if they are happy, I will accept a donation.  It's why I am here on this page...to let people get info before they think about money...
I apologize on behalf of the witches with integrity.

Okay...I need a few answers, and then I think I have the spell for you if the answers are good.

1.  Did you tell the reader witch that you were having arguments or did she fish it out of you??  Any woman coming for a reading is having a relationship issue of some kind...many readers just kind of hint around until they strike a nerve...
Did she hit it right off or did you tell her or did she fish it out of you...think carefully.

2.  Did you dress the candles and enchant them to purpose and do a whole circle ritual or did you just buy candles and light them??  How long has it been since you did the candle burning?

3.  How long have the two of you been together and what do you argue about?

4.  This last part is about your witchy experience.  I can tell you aren't against ritual but how serious can you be about it?  For real magick to work it takes a specific ritual process and concentration of purpose beginning with the gathering of supplies and materials and lasting until you ground the circle.  After that...we must put it out of mind and assume the Goddess will handle it as she sees best and never think of it or doubt its power ever.  Also...will boyfriend be in the ritual...because if he doesn't want to participate it probably won't work.  He's the one that needs cleansing and closure...not you.
Also about your experience...will you need step by step beginning to end directions or can I say stuff like lay and circle and call the corners and you get it?

Get back to me...I am really swamped in the real world but I will try to stay on top of my e-mail til I hear from you...

Blessed Be, Labyrinth

QUESTION: Thank you for the quick reply, Labyrinth! I really, truly appreciate it...

1. I flat out told her that my boyfriend and I weren't speaking and that I wanted a reading on our relationship. After that, she looked at his picture and started describing his personality to me (which was pretty accurate). She was off about some details of his life....but was pretty good, overall.

2. I didn't dress the candles. Before I went to the psychic, I shared my dream with a friend of mine and she suggested that I do the candle figurine ritual and she told me not to dress them. After seeing the psychic is when I decided that the ritual would be worth it. So...I know my friend's not an expert...but I was trusting her advice. While I did not dress them, I did clean, pray and meditate over them before lighting. I felt like I needed to do something to make them unique to me and my situation; which is why I spent a great a deal of time cleaning and praying to remove negative energy and focusing on my situation (and the desired outcome) before lighting them.

3. We've been together for 10 months. I know that I want to marry this man and I think that's where most of my anxiety and frustration comes from; because I want to be his wife already! Okay...I'll calm down now. (Just so you don't think I'm in this alone, we've discussed marriage, children and our futures together. He knows what I want and envisions the same for same his self, with me. This is why the ex needs to leave us alone.) Like I said, I don't remember how our last and final argument started but I do remember telling him that I will not be his girlfriend for 5 or 6 years. The argument before that was about time and consideration: he said he was hanging with a friend of his for a few hours. After not hearing from him in a few hours like he said I would, I went out on my own. When he got home, he expected me to meet him right away but it took me about 2 hours to get to him and he didn't like that. We argued for a little bit that night, fell asleep and things were back to normal the next day. I have a lot of platonic male friends; he doesn't like that I'll hang out with them if none of my girls are free and he's out doing other things. We used to argue about his ex-girlfriend (they lived together at one point and some of her things were at his place months in to our relationship). But once he donated her things to the Goodwill, she was no longer an issue for me; I felt that he let go in his own time. What I've noticed is that when we do have really bad bouts, I want to address the issue right then and there (hardly giving myself time to think...so I end up saying something crazy) and he wants to stay away thinking for days on end (take your time to think...but don't stay away too long because it drives me crazy). Our communication sucks when we fight. We can have a disagreement and hear each other out and when all is well in our relationship, the communication is great. But when we fight...the communication goes out the window.

4. My witchy experience is very, very limited. (And maybe you could help me here, too?) I was raised a non-denominational christian but I know that there is more going on in the universe and the spiritual world than what they preach from the pulpit. I was introduced to candles a few years ago and I liked the results; so, I've stuck with them. I've had a few candles made for me over the years. But in the reading/research that I've done, it seems that candle magick (or any magick) works best when the person is doing it for his or her self. I must admit that after my rituals, I anxiously wait for him to contact me. I don't doubt that what I've done is working...I just want immediate results. And that's a problem that I have to work on: my lack of patience.

I'm not afraid of ritual at all and I get very serious about matters of the heart and my ultimate happiness. I'm willing to put in the work it will take to re-open the doors of communication and protect my relationship. The boyfriend knows that I'm really into candles...but not candle magick. I guess I'll be honest and hope that he's open-minded enough to get involved. Because I'm a novice, I will be wanting step by step, explicit and detailed instructions on what to do. I've laid a circle and called the corners before; so, I guess I know a little more than I'm giving myself credit for. I would just want beginning to end directions so that I don't miss a beat, can be totally confident and much less anxious.

With much gratitude,
Piper

ANSWER: Okay...more days have passed since I promised I'd be done.  I am having computer problems but the spell paper is almost done.  It's at work and I can't connect to the internet there right now.  If I finish it tommorow I'll pop it onto a disk and bring it home to load.
I want to send this and make sure you know that I have not forgotten you.

QUESTION: Thanks for the update, Labyrinth. It's good to know that you haven't forgotten about me :)

Answer
I have felt so irresponsible to you guys!  I am swamped at work and then this computer crashed and was in the shop all last week with my spell in it!!  Sorry for the wait.

The Witch’s Jar
The altar space for this spell should be a table with a large mirror on the wall behind it.  The classic bedroom dresser or vanity is perfect.  I know it has been successfully done on a bathroom counter with a wall mirror.  The spell workings must be reflected in the mirror.  You can always just lean a big mirror against the wall on any table.
Preparation for the spell:  For several days ahead of time you will need to go out seeking dirty sharps; broken glass fragments, rusty sharp metal sharps, broken, bent and rusty pins needles or nails, anything nasty that you could cut yourself on and get an infection or disease from it.  Be careful – use gloves or tongs…put the fragments in a pint size glass mayonnaise or similar size glass jar.  You can really use any size or shape glass jar…but the bigger it is, the harder it is to fill up with sharps.
It is best done on dark moon, but any waning moon will do.
Clean your sacred space…at least the room you will be working in, very well.
Gather all materials for the altar…the jar, the mirror, three black taper candles, patchouli for burning, clear rock crystal or diamonds (best if you have them), a picture of the offending girl if you still have one.  Don’t forget the essentials like lighters…  Good red wine and three glasses…you might want to open it ahead of time.
Cleanse and purify the two of you.
When ready…lay the circle.  Usually good witches lat clockwise circles…today you are going to lay the circle counterclockwise and when you turn the energy you will turn it counterclockwise.  Call the corners.
Call down your pantheon.   Good choices are goddesses of love and goddesses of justice.
As you open your ritual, use one black candle for the goddess and one for the god.  Light a thick incense of patchouli and bless it to the wind and air and ask it to be a messenger for you.
Now we get out our sharps jar.  We are going to chant something like (change as you see fit)…
“(Name of girl) I put you down, I humiliate you, I defeat you”   Say this several times as HE pees into the jar…yes you heard me correctly.  Now close the lid and place the jar before the mirror and put the picture of her facing into the mirror if you have one.  Now we turn energy and send it out…the goal is to take whatever energy she is sending you and bounce it back through the mirror onto her.  Again, change the chant to fit your needs.
“Magic bad and magic black, mirror here to send it back, back to you away from me, back to you the pain to see”
When you have chanted and generated energy for as long as you can…release it in a burst, like an explosion…see if fly off toward her.  The do a blessing and grounds with the wine.  The walk off and believe it worked.
You can do this three days in a row, burning the candle one third each night.
Be creative and adjust this to your needs.

Love to you both, Labyrinth
