Question QUESTION: What is the best initiation for an all female coven?
ANSWER: Sarabeth,
I'm sorry, I'm not sure if I understand your question, are you asking for an Initiation Ritual to form your own Coven? Or are you asking about Traditions that are Female and their Initiation Rites?
I'm sure if you clear that point up, I'll be much more able to help you.
Blessings
Rev. Blackthorn

QUESTION: What are the traditions that are Female and their initiation rites?
Answer Generally the Traditions that are all female are called Dianic, and each Tradition has their own sub groupings. Each has it's own Initiation Rites and they are intensely private. As a general rule they are what's known as "Oath Bound" meaning the participants take an Oath not to share what happens inside circle with people outside the Sisterhood. My own Initiation is included in that.
If you have specific questions about an area of concern I can help.
If you're trying to write one for a new group you are trying to create, I suggest the book Coven Craft by Amber K. Amber writes on the many intricacies of starting and maintaining a group as well as writing group rituals and starting a Tradition of your own! It can be had used for a few buck online if you don't have the cash for a brand new copy.
There are a few other books concerning laying the foundation for your own Tradition out there as well, I would try to get my hands on those as well.
