Question
There is a co-worker in my office that I believe is very envious of me. I believe she wants my job. She's part-time and I'm a senior secretary. It's understandable she might want my job. She also works part-time in another department. Within one year of working there the senior secretary of that department stated developing some debilitating illness for no apparent reason. The doctors could not find anything wrong with her. Her health became so bad she took an early retirement. My co-worker was very upset when she didn't get the senior secretary's job, so she continued working part-time there and in my department.

In the last three years I've developed back and joint pain. My doctor cannot find a physical reason for that and told me it's probably stress. I take advil all the time to deal with the pain.
I also noticed my hair thinning. But here is what kind of rung a bell for me. This co-worker, told me about a bizarre dream she had about me in which I lost my hair and was wearing a wig. I have always had luscious hair and she's has very thin hair. Also in her dream my husband knocked on her door because he wanted to buy the house across the street. I live and work in the same town and work within walking distance from my office.  My husband would never want to move out of this town because he can walk to work as well.

I concluded that this person is very envious of my hair and the fact that I can walk to work and that I have a great job.

My question: is she subconsciously wishing me harm so to get me out of her way? I say subconsciously because I don't believe she's aware of it. If she is indeed trying to cause me harm, how can I protect myself?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Sincerely.

Answer
Merry Meet Maria,

This is a very interesting conundrum.  It is absolutely quite possible that this co-worker of yours has an agenda and it's also quite possible that she is unintentionally toxic.  We call these individuals psychic vampires.  They literally suck the life out of you and most of them don't have a clue they're doing it, it's simply their nature. An inherent trait, so to speak.  I have run across many individuals like this and the medical term would be borderline personality disorder.  Is there a way to protect yourself?  Absolutely, however you need to go about it in a way that will cause no harm to anyone, yourself or your co-worker for that matter.  While it's difficult to understand, they need compassion as does the next person.  The way to attack this would be on a personal level.  Almost all pagans believe in the law of Karma so you need to make sure that whatever you do does not interfere with good karma.  I would take a protection bath, first and foremost.  You will need the following:

1 cup of sea salt
4 drops essential oil of peppermint
4 drops essential oil of vetiver
2 drops essential oil of cinnamon and
2 drops essential oil of ginger.

A good place to get essential oils is http://www.auracacia.com/auracacia/acproducts/acessoils.html  These are very common oils and should not cost a fortune.

If it is cost prohibitive for you make a Basil Vinegar.  You need the following:
2 1/2 cups white wine vinegar
6 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
5 garlic cloves

1. Boil the vinegar in a saucepan and pour it over the basil and garlic.
2. Cover and infuse at room temperature for 3 days.
3. Strain and pour into a sterilized bottle.
4. Add a splash to your bath, whenever you feel in need of a psychic shield.

I would also recommend that you start carrying a black tourmaline crystal on your person.  Black tourmalines are considered the most powerful.  While other black crystals absorb harmful energy, black tourmaline behaves like a shield and deflects it.  Here's a site where you can buy a 1 oz. piece for about $10.00  http://www.freespiritemporium.com/tourmaline.html

As you can see doing these things will bring no harm to anyone including your co-worker but it will protect you from her if indeed her intentions are not honorable.

I hope these suggestions help.  Please give them a try.  I'm positive you'll get the desired results, your health will improve and your hair should grow back in.  I wish you good luck Maria.  If I can be of further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.

Many blessings to you and yours,

Christine
