The following are sample range of questions that I am very comfortable answering: Can a person be Christian and practice Witchcraft? How do you know if you are a witch? What are the Gods / Goddess associated with the element of fire? What is the connection between the cycle of the moon and a woman`s monthly cycle?

Experience
I have been a practicing witch for the past five years. I have studied world religions and the connection between religious practice and performing arts. I am skilled in Tarot readings and creating amulets / talismans.

Pagan/Wiccan Religion - entering the path of paganism

Expert: Luna - 10/25/2007

Question
What is the best way for a newcomer to enter into paganism? I have a strong pull to the Celtic side of things as well. Any advice would be appreciated.

Answer
Hello Bridgett,

The first step in your journey is to learn as much as you can about paganism. Since you already have a strong pull toward Celtic, this would be a great place to start.

Your local library and book store are good places to start your search. Searches online are also a great way to learn about Celtic paganism or just paganisim in general.

Celtic forklore is filled with wonderful stories about their Gods and Goddesses. Some of my favorite deities come from the Celtic tradition.

Below are a few links to some sites to help you get started on your path. If you need any more help or if any questions rise up during your studies, please do not hesitate to email me again. Good luck and Blessed be!
