Question
Dear Sir,

I have a Pagemaker spanish version but my brand new lenovo laptop cannot install it.

It gives an error message of missing the Setup.lid in order to install an spanish version in an english based system.

Do you know how I could remedy this dilemna because I need to publish a book that is stuck at the printers until this is resolved.

Hi Dave,

I believe the .lid file is used by installshield and may indicate an incomplete download of the Spanish version of PageMaker.
There are also issues with trying to install PageMaker on Vista.
I'm sorry, but this seems like a system problem and I'm not that familiar with Windows.
