Question I have had pain in my left shoulder for over three months and can't get rid of it. My doctor diagnosed me with bicep tendonitis and provided me with some exercises and suggested ibuprofen along with ice. Nothing seems to work....a friend suggested legaflex....any suggestions on your part?
