Question Hi,
I have recentmy been taking a gym glass in school and since the begining of the glass i have been expiriencing a slight tug in my lower left leg that has over the weeks prgressed to a slight piching with minimal pain and now to the point where i can barly put any wait on the front of my foot the pain is so bad. I only have gym everyother day and the days i don't have gym it is fine. Do you know what this could be, should i be on my leg at this point. I'm really worried about it so it would be great if you could help.
Thank You.
Answer Hi Katie and thanks for writing,
It sounds like you might have a nerve issue in your leg and I would recommend you don't run around or do anything strenuous for now and let your leg rest until you get it checked out by your family doctor.
It's probably nothing serious and will heal on its own if you rest it for 7-10 days, but you really want to have it assessed by a qualified physician so you can know exactly what it is and how to help it heal.
Take care
