Expert: Dr. Man Tran, Ph.D., D.C., L.Ac. - 3/13/2009

Question
It has been nearly a year, that my trouble began.Suddenly one day i had difficulty to fix my braw backside. My right arm felt pain.I had some difficulty to fix my cloth back.I sensed something wrong at my right arm.I thought it would go on its own,as doctors also suggested it was not a great deal.but slowly it became worse and worse. Now i can not button my braw back,i can not reach the things up my head from closet.I have difficulties in cooking and washing  pots,my right hand does not go straight up,i even went to physio therapi and learnt couple of exercise, but the situation is not improving.I sense there is something wrong in my right arm ,it feels tired with little work,i request your suggestion.

Answer
Dear Suphi,

Is the pain in the lower arm, upper arm, or at the shoulder?  What type of pain do you have?  Sharp, dull, achy, pulling?

Did the pain came about with any trauma or injury?  Does the pain get worse with movements of the right arm?

I will be able to give my opinion to your concern with these additional information.
