Question
i am 23yr male. i am suffering from leg pain from few years .last few months in my leg always pain when i am walking no problem in my leg when i am sitting it will arise a pain also in sleep time. the problem is in my leg whole nerves of leg are pain nd  my whole body is restless i am feel that in few yars i  will unable for walk nd i am becoming a handicapped.some of suggests me to do gym exercise so i am starting gym.but it could help to decrese the pain i am alwys feels very tideness when i am going to sleep the pain of leg increase i am feeling very diffculty in sleeping time .so i eagrly waiting for ur reply.

Dear Jitendra Pandey,

There are various causes to leg pain.  There might be some internal physiological imbalance in your system.  My suggestion is to visit a doctor's office and have a thorough check up with a physical which can determine the cause of your pain.
