Question
my back and leg muscles are always tight, so tight that i'm constantly tearing my muscles, no matter how much i stretch. i tried meditation ,hypnosis but nothing works. i hurt my knee while i was doing streching exercises. have you ever heard of this.

Answer
Jaime,

Yes, I've heard of it.

Despite popular opinion, stretching is an inefficient way to free tight muscles and sometimes worsens the muscular tension.

I've written a piece on stretching, which answers many questions and provides a new alternative that consistently works better than stretching.
