Question my back and leg muscles are always tight, so tight that i'm constantly tearing my muscles, no matter how much i stretch. i tried meditation ,hypnosis but nothing works. i hurt my knee while i was doing streching exercises. have you ever heard of this.

Despite popular opinion, stretching is an inefficient way to free tight muscles and sometimes worsens the muscular tension.
