Question QUESTION: I have a sharp sting on my right and left side also I front stomache I also have lower and upper back pain. I don't know what could be wrong I was thinking maybe becuase I just started to workout again. Also sometimes in my arms. I also have some gas and sometimes I feel something in my stomache. I was told this could be symptoms of ovulation but my period was over 08-22-09 and still feel like this No other symptoms.Well, it's been about a two weeks and I still feel like this. I also forgot to say that my stomache gets hard sometimes is that common when working out. I have not workout since last week and I still feel this pain. Also sometimes when i breath my back hurts and it kinda goes from the bottom all the way up is that still because of the working out.
ANSWER: Hello, Jess,
I can't comment on the sting without more information.
The other symptoms sound like being musclebound, with muscle fatigue creating the symptoms.
However, I suggest a medical check. There may be more going on, the gas being a clue.
If a medical exam comes up empty, contact me again and I can make a recommendation.

QUESTION: Well i went to the doctor and he did some exams and said everything looks good. However, I still have that sting in all my stomache and all my back. Also, my breast hurt a lot I was told I could have cyst and I asked the doctor but he said he would have to do some more test but I have no medical insurance. I also, noticed I have dirreah and everytime after I eat I go to the bathroom and I feel the sting in my stomache so I really don't know what's wrong and the doctor did not help. Thank you for all your help.
Sounds like your back fatigue comes from being too tight in front (forward posture). That would account for the breast-area pain, the stomach pain, and the diarhhea.
That reflexive reaction goes along with a mood of fear.
My recommendation:
See a clinical somatic educator to free you from the reflexive reaction and bring you back to balance.
Select "Overcoming the Myth of Aging" (the 'cat stretch').
If you still have diarrhea, use "Free Your Psoas".
an important aside: The diarrhea may be from unfriendly intestinal bacteria and be unrelated to an anxiety condition. In that case, my best recommendation is a product called, "FloraSource" available from Golden Health Products. Look them up on-line (I have no financial connection with them).
