Question I have a sharp sting on my right and left side also I front stomache I also have lower and upper back pain. I don't know what could be wrong I was thinking maybe becuase I just started to workout again. Also sometimes in my arms. I also have some gas and sometimes I feel something in my stomache. I was told this could be symptoms of ovulation but my period was over 08-22-09 and still feel like this No other symptoms.Please Help!!

Well your pain does seem to be spread out over most of your torso so I would agree that you are most likely suffering from muscle cramps due to your return to exercising; if the discomfort doesn't resolve soon then I would suggest you ease up on the exercise regime as you may just be trying to do too much too soon.
As for the gas, it's usually because we're eating something our body is intolerant to (wheat, yeast, sugar, dairy products, etc ...). Try taking Beano for now, but if it persists I would get tested for food allergies by a good Homeopath or Naturopath. You should also mention it to your family doctor if it doesn't clear up.
