Pain Management/Exercise Accident

Hi , I had an accident yesterday while exercising with a resistance band ( they are made out of rubber) it suddenly slipped off of my foot and hit me in the left eye mainly in my brow bone. i felt pain for few seconds but then i was fine. today when i woke up I have a headache on the top of my head across from where i hit my left eye and also in my ear. there is no bruise or redness in my eye. the headache is not sharp, but it bothers me from time to time. should I be worried?

That's called, Trauma Reflex.

For an explanation, see this entry:

It's not a cause for worry, but it may call from some action on your part (along the lines described in the article) if, in a few days, the pain hasn't settled down.
