Pain Management/Lower back pain

Question
Hi. I'm 19 years old and my lower back always hurts. It has been like this for about 3 years now. In addition to the constant pain in that region, I find my knees easily ache after I have been walking or working on them for extended periods of time. I did some research online and found that this may be something called a "pelvic tilt." Upon reading this, I discovered that my right leg is significantly shorter than the left. I can't find a lot of information on this condition. Is this what I have, or could it be something else? If so, what are some ways to treat this?

Answer
Hi Kristin,
You are going to need to see a doctor and be examined to find out if this is the problem or not. You really can't get a diagnosis online. Once the doctor determines if that is the problem then he/she will discuss treatment options with you at that time.
