Dear Celeste,
My entire family uses Super Blue Stuff an has great results. When i first heard about it i was very skeptical but with continued use my grandmas arthritis pain is greatly reduced. Also my mom has fibro she uses it everyday and it works great for her neck pain. I myself use it after my workouts to ease muscle soreness which help me recover faster. I am not saying its a cure all but it does help give relief. These are just my results hopefully you will try it for yourself.
