Question
This condition comes and goes but has been persistent lately.  I don't want to take pain killers etc. and wonder if there are other ways to relieve this condition.

Answer
Hi Diana and thanks for writing,

You could go to a Chiropractor or Sports Medicine doctor for supervised exercises - Accupuncture works well and I' a big believer in Magnets and can send you some info on them if you'd like.

I hope this helped,

Margot
