About David Ryan
Expertise
I can answer on how to use Paint Shop Pro in many situations; creating graphics for games, editing photos, pictures, etc... I am not very confident in using `masks` though, but apart from that, i`m experienced in most other parts of the sofware, though. You can ask me how to use different tools or `how do i make this like this?` and I am willing to help anyone

Question
..hello - I installed PSP7 and it changed every image on  my main drive and external drive to read : type: Paint Shop Pro 7 image ( that's about 5000 tiffs and jpegs ) -- when I double click them they open in PSP7.......I didn't request this ! --- how do I get the files back to their old tiff & j-peg selves!    thanking you kindly - Douglas Humphries

Answer
This question is not necessarily to do with Paint Shop Pro, but i know how to do it anyaway. : )

Here's what to do.

1. Right hand click on one of your JPEG files, and select 'properties'.

2. You see something that says: 'Opens With: Paint Shop Pro 7'

3. Click on the 'change' button next to it, and find the correct application in it's directory.

It should now open with your chosen applictation.

Hope this helps,

Regards,

David.
