Question
How might a 14 year old kid receive a sponsorship?
Who might provide a sponsorship to paintball team?
What do sponsorships usualy cover in terms of things you use on the feild? How much experience should you usualy have in tournament play before asking for a sponsorship?

Answer
To get a sponsorship you need to show the person/company/field that you have something of value to them.  If you've never played any tourneys you aren't going to have any value.  You need to show them what you can do for them.  If you've played a few tourneys and placed near the top you would want to tell them about this and tell them how much coverage and recognition their company would get by having their logo on your jerseys, banners and gear.  Sponsorships usually start out small, like free entry and air to a field and maybe discounted paint.  Once you work your way up the sponsorship ladder in the world of paintball you'll get more.  For now I would say go play a few tourneys and place as high as you can and then contact some companies.
