Question
QUESTION: Hello, I received a painting from Germany from my aunt. It is painted on wood and framed. I'm attaching an image for you to see. I'm curious who is the original painter (I'm not sure if this one is the original either) Somebody mentioned Georg Arnold-Grabone but I couldn't find the painting anywhere online. On the back of the painting it says "Tiroler Berghof" but I can't identify what it says underneath the title. Also on the painting itself there is a signature but I can't recognize any letter in order to start putting together a name. Hopepfully you can help me out and I thank you in advance.
IMAGE: Tiroler Berghof

ANSWER: Hi Branko,
if you would enlarge the signature area so I can read it that may help.  Its a great design
a bit unusual for this type of painting.
Regards

QUESTION: This is what it says on the back of the painting. Everybody that sees the painting, they say it's great but I can never answer any of their questions.

Answer
Hi Branko,
I tried reading it but could not make it out.  Sorry I can't be of any help.
Maybe if I had the painting in person I would probably be able to see the signature and what is underneath better.  Is there anything on the front of the painting?

Regards

Josef-Peter
