Can you tell me anything about this painting? Who is the artist?

Hello Heather,
Sorry I have no idea who the artist is anymore than you do. I'm a painter not a art historian or appraiser, other artists do not interest me.  You may want to look on the internet on these
websites:www.askart.co or www.artnet.com and just browse through all the artists listed to see if you can find similar works.

My experience is in Painting in the following mediums, Oil and Acrylic paints, Water color and Pastels. I paint Portraits, Landscapes, Cityscapes, and Satire. I have been painting professionally since 1975. I paint portraits from life and from reference materials.
