Question I have acorn colored rugs and I am trying to find a paint that would best compliment these rugs. I do not like yellow or gold.
Thank you
Answer Hi Betty
"Acorn colored" sounds like brown. The word "compliment" implies complimentary, so an opposite color on the color wheel usually works well for this. Most browns are shades of orange, reddish-orange, or yellow-orange ("Shade" means a color with black in it to make it darker). So try blues, blue-violets, or even blue greens with your acorn rugs.
I hope this helps!
