Question I want to paint the vanity in my bathroom(it is currently varnished) and I have read about the prep work but should I use a brush or a roller for a glossy black finish?
Answer I'd suggest using a "super ooze" roller cover or a foam roller cover (one that does not shed hairs).
Thin down the paint a little so it "flows" on smooth.
If you use a brush or heavy nap (1/2" or 3/4") roller, it may leave brush or roller marks.
Also, don't forget to primer ther cabinet.
Hope that helps...any other questions, just ask.............
