Painting & Wallpapering - 2 story stariwell ceiling

Expert: Laura Mesich - 3/31/2009

Question
I have a 16 x 20 open area 2 stories up, that has a 90 degree stairwell in the middle and a walk around with handrails on 3 sides (oh and a chandelier i the middle).  How do i set up to effectively reach the ceiling to paint

Answer
Well we use a ladder called the Little giant. And an extension pole or other ways that would be to difficult to describe and explain. The little Giant is a ladder that bends all over the place and can adjust.

If you can get a ladder up and than you can use a extension pole to get to the top. To cut in we sometimes tape a brush to a pole and use that.

Good luck, Laura
