Question The bathroom is painted with a white Latex High Gloss Enamel. We want to repaint with a tan Latex Satin. Do we have apply a primer to ensure the new paint adheres? Would we have to prime if we used a tan Latex Enamel?

Answer Probably not.... I'd suggest applying a brush mark of paint to the wall. Wait 24 hours. Try and scrape it off. If it is on there good, it is ok.
If it scrapes off easy, the walls should be primed.
