QUESTION: Hi. Im john. I have just recently bought the palm zire(original) on ebay, and it works fine. The description says it needs a new battery, so, i also bought a battery on ebay too. Now, they both came in the mail, but i dont know how to insert the new battery. In other words, where does it go?
Can you help me?

QUESTION: Thanks for that.... However.... that may not me what i need, because it talks about a camera and things like that, but i need instructions for the ORIGINAL palm zire....For example: In those instructions it said"near the bottom you should see to screws". On the other hand, the original palm zire has its two visible screws on the top. So, the things inside may be different....Can you re-help?(lol thats a weird word)

Hi John,
I did some checking and I don't believe the Zire instructions that I sent to you are dramatically different from the handheld you own. I do realize that the camera is an added feature, but it appears that everything else inside the Zire is going to be the same.
Since the battery is internal, and you have to open it any way, you may want to give those instructions a try and see if they are similar enough to accomplish the task.
