Question I am coming to Panama City (Panama) in Feb for 3 months to learn some Spanish. Need a cheap and comfortable apartment near centre for 3 months. Everything on the net is so expensive!

Answer Dear Ian,
Indeed, since we have become a "popular destination" all prices, specially housing has increased.
The only thing I can think of, is to try either try Zuly´s backpackers...OR check the classified ads at La Prensa newspaper.
Lately I have seen in the classifieds section of La Prensa newspaper rooms for rent, you would have to research if these are fully furnished or not but I have seen prices starting at 200.00 USD a month, which I think is a lot better than trying a hotel.
