ANSWER: Hi Victor,
Yes, there should be homes available for both, rent and purchase in the Cerro Azul area.
There should also be high speed internet available.
The only thing I am not sure of is the mini bus service.
I mean there is internal minibus transportation, not constant or scheduled, but it does exist.
Another options are the minimarts run by chinese where you can always pick up a few groceries.

1.Places to search for a home in Cerro Azul to rent, try www.compreoalquile.com, there type in the word Cerro Azul and you can get items for rent or for sale. Item number #3787 is for rent at 500,00 USD.
2.For internet info try www.freedomcomunidad.com, hit the links where it reads Freedom ADSL.
3.Supermarket in Tocumen, you can try the Super Xtra in 24 de diciembre www.superxtra.com
I do not know the bus routes to get to the supermarket, but on their website you might be able to get more info.
