2 Questionswe are retiring to panama in 2009 and need to purchase health insurance.  Can you recommend who to go to for this.
also could you recommend a freight forwarder. We have a household and car to ship to San Felix in Chiriqui province.

I can recommend the following:
Health Insurance- I can imagine you are retiring to Chiriqui as it is your ship to address. There is health insurance in Chiriqui provided by their local hospital Mae Lewis which is an option, pricewise, I understand it is the best as they have a special plan for retirees.
From previous experience with family members, this hospital is very good.
Forwarder - I do not know a local Chiriqui forwarding company but however I can recommend Quality Freight Corp, their email is info@qualityfreightcorp.com, maybe they can help you locate or give the service to Chiriqui.
