Answer Hi Alton,
I just had friends who moved from DC ship their car to Panama using the port of Baltimore. They used Barwill Agencies tel 507 263 77 55.
The cost was approximately 700 dollars and it took 2 weeks to get to Panama.
The car arrived with some dents and scuffs it did not have and also with a torn seat.
Once here, my friends had to do a lot of paperwork to register the car, but it turned out well for them.
