Question Hi , i am a 34 year old male fit non somker, for the past 5 months i have veen having CONTINOUS shortness of breath and severe chest pain on the left side of my chest behind the sternum like burning and stinging , head pressure and numbess also people tell me i look pale and not active as before.
I have been to the ER 3 times blood work ekg , streess cardio, montior, echocardiogram x ray and pulmonary funtion test and all came normal.
My question does anxiety or disorder causes continous sob and numbess and sever chest pain left side , i know when i called the er last time it was more sever my throat locked i could not breath but the ekg showed normal.
Is this a disorder or could it be another disease and how to do you heal it besdies medicine, because i can not go up the stairs like before i am short of breath or swim like before or even eat ina restaurant i get hyperventilated and can not catch my breath and turn blue then yawn a lot and leave quickly.
IS this familiar to you. What do i have

Well that is good news that doctors cannot find anything wrong, because that would indicate that it is psychological
