Panic Disorders/Attacks/help

I think there is something wrong with me. Over the past few months, i have been feeling really nervous all the time. I feel sick after i eat anything, i cant sleep, i am always tired. I constantly feel shaky and like my heart is beatnig fast, like i have just done exercise. Im really emotional and i have panick attacks sometimes but they have been occuring more often lately, like at least once every two weeks where i just break down for no reason and fall into a really deep depression and then the next day it will be ok. Im worried, should i see someone?

Hi Emily,
It is always wise to have a check-up with a doctor to eliminate any illness that may be responsible for your symptoms. If doctors cannot find any reasons then I suggest you look at the connection between anxiety attacks and depression with hypoglycemia (  This can be treated by going on a hypoglycemic diet (

and discuss with a doctor or nutritional doctor or Counsellor.
