Hello, i have a question about a feeling that i have been having. For the last few months when i am alone in the livingroom late at night i get the feeling of being watched. I've had this feeling a few times now and sometimes it feels scary, sometimes it feels safe but yesterday the feeling of being watched suddenly overwhelmed me. The feeling was terrifying to me, the cold sweat was on my back and I had to get out of the room as soon as possible. I even let all the lights and the laptop on. When i got to my own bedroom i calmed down telling myself that it was nothing. I don't know what to make of this feeling because before last night i told myself that it was probably nothing but now i don't know what to think because the feeling was so intense. Do you know what i should do about this feeling?

Greetings Emma:  Sorry for the delay.  I think that you were being watched by perhaps an entity, however I do not believe that it meant you any harm.  If it did the feeling of being watched would have been accompanied by a nightmare, or another episode.
 Not all encounters are harmful, and the truth of the matter is if you've done nothing to provoke an attack they cannot hurt you.

Recite Psalms 91 in your living room, and burn a white unscented candle, this should abate the manifestation.

If it persists writ me again, and I will give you another mode of defense.

I was born a telepath and have been able to see my entire life. I have 30+ years of experience healing, counseling and giving readings. I have been professionally teaching the metaphysical sciences and divine arts for over 20 years and now own and operate my own school of metaphysics where I teach private classes online to individuals looking to improve their lives, develop their gifts and keep themselves protected in addition to individual, specialized training.

I have cleaned people's homes of negative vibrations and dark entities and have performed full exorcisms (when I clean a place it stays clean!). I have a group of psychic investigators whom I have trained to assist me, some of whom reside in different parts of the country as well. I have stopped nightmares, fended off attacks, removed spells and broken curses. I have taught countless people how to protect themselves psychically and maintain the sanctity of their homes.

What I do is not a hobby or simply something that I enjoy; it is my profession and my life's work. I am not someone who has merely studied the paranormal, I live it, and I have dedicated my life to teaching people how to evolve. I am a Universal servant.
