Question QUESTION: If a ghost is present, usually they died from a traumatic event, or for some other event.....
My question is:
What happens if a traumatic event takes place for me in my house but I survived and moved to another location. Why can't my traumatic event also produce a ghost of myself? Why do ghosts have to come from a death if the "traumatic" part can can still exist for the living?

If there were five people in a room all looking at the same thing and a ghost is there and is very visible, do all five see the same thing?
ANSWER: Hi Carolyn: I know that there are a lot of shows and books that put out uneducated information on ghosts, but There does not have to be a traumatic event in order to have a ghost present. Remember a ghost is merely a remnant of what once was... A spirit is something else.
If you have a traumatic event it DOES in fact leave an energy signature, and can be looked at as a "ghost", but a death trauma would definately leave a stronger impression.
A traumatic events is not, I repeat NOT the only way that a ghost is present..
2. If there is a ghost in the room, and five people see it, and if they have the ability to see, they WILL see the same ghost, or they are lying.
The popular belief that we all see ghosts differently is again incorrect. If you have the ability to see them, you will see them, as they are, not as you wish them to be.
Undoing the damage that shows like "ghost hunter", and "Paranormal state" create is becoming a full time job.

Thank you for your quick response.
There is a cemetery by where I live...West Palm Beach, Florida - Evergreen Cemetery estab: 1916.
It is unmanned meaning no funeral home, no caretaker...no anything, just the city that comes by to mow. I spend a lot of time there for it is quite quaint. The graves have something on them that I have never seen before. Some have a head stone on them, some do not but either way both kinds have a long cement casket-looking structure on top of the grave. It looks like the casket is visible but when you come up on it, it is just a structure of cement.
Why would they do that? Head stones seem cheaper.
Does it mean that the bodies are just underneath the surface or are they 6 feet under with just a cement thing on top?
The other thing is I was told that a cemetery is almost a for sure place for "activity". Even though the wind seems to pick up and the skies grow darker (no matter what time of day) I have never had any feelings of anything at all.
I thought that since I have been so curious my whole life about the paranormal, it would increase the chance of having experiences.??????????
ANSWER: Greetings: Going to a cemetery does not insure that you will have a paranormal event. In fact I have found that cemeteries are among the most peaceful places around. As a matter of fact, I live in an old funeral home, and yes there are many ghosts here, but most of the time things are quite peaceful here. If you want to have a paranormal experience, all you have to do is pay attention where ever you are. While cemeteries have bodies in the ground that doesn't mean that the spirits that inhabited them hang around their old decaying bodies. A cemetery is hallowed ground, and that alone is a paranormality.
Curiosity merely leaves you open to, but does not increase your chance of having a paranormal experience. However, when you are ready to truly learn. Let me know...

Did you move into the funeral home house because it was just that...a funeral home house or did you find out later and then you realized that that was what drew you to the house?
I feel like I am I am bother. I have has so many questions since I have been little but there was no way to get the answers to my "unusual" questions I have.

You say that TV is misleading and I almost agree but what throws me is the fact that is is filmed and recordied right in your face. I didn't even think that it was legal to tamper with claims that don't exist.
Answer Greetings: What you see on television is mostly acting. There is no law that says what is being filmed has to be real. Ghosts don't just come out in the dark, and manifest as little lights, nor or they limited to creepy places that are old and decrepit. We are easily entertained and that is what makes us so easy to fool.
When people get the overground cement enclosures, it is because of what they want for their family member or friend. How cheap something is never enters into the picture if its someone that you love... Sometimes the bodies are in fact in the enclosure.
