About Michael Clark, Ph.D.
Expertise
I’m not interested in fostering any kind of selfish or manipulative use of the so-called paranormal. But I am happy to discuss positive and negative aspects of paranormal phenomena. I run an educational website earthpages.org that touches on paranormal phenomena, among other related topics.

Experience

I believe that a reasoned examination of the so-called paranormal could benefit individuals, society and the global community. Because I'm aware of a good number of scientific, philosophical and spiritual perspectives, I'll try to provide an answer that works best for you.

Topic: Paranormal Phenomena

Expert: Michael Clark, Ph.D.
Date: 6/21/2008
Subject: telepathy and physic abilities

Question
What are the abilities, limitations, and differences between physics and telelpathists and can a physic read some minds and not others rendering this ability controllable by blocking out some people they don't want to know what's on thier mind?

Answer
There's an incredibly broad range of abilities that are called psychic, telepathic, intuitive, insightful, seeing into the hearts of others, etc.

Some say these abilities are Satanic while others see them as gifts from God. Perhaps the way to tell the difference is that Satanic powers would be used to manipulate and degrade while insight from God would be used in humble service of the Divine.

Sometimes the difference isn't always too clear. But it seems that over time God justifies his own.

I hope this helps.
