Question QUESTION: Lately I have been seeing figures sort of like people, and when I look at them the air is disorientated like it looks different then its surroundings. Its there for a few minutes then it dissapears. This has been happening for a couple of days now. Do you know what this might be?
ANSWER: It sounds like you are seeing spirits or ghosts. Everyone's ability to see and hear ghosts is different, some stronger than others. So maybe you are just seeing them distorted because your abilities are not strong enough yet. The air around them you are seeing is probably just part of their energy. If you are interested, you could try to focus on them, try harder to bring them closer in. Eventually, with practice, you will probably be able to see them more clearly.

Answer You can certainly try. Just relax your mind and body and talk to them like they were live people. Using a voice recorder to try to get an EVP might work also. As long as you do not feel threatened, try anything that comes to mind, our intuition usually leads us to the right answers.
