If there was somehow some kind of entity that was present during or after the creation of the universe and was exposed to some kind of radiation or energy ; could any energy somehow of altered its makeup and actually signifacantly improved or changed the entity's ability to the point that it was given an almost god power?

It is obvious you are either a very philosophical kind of person, or you have some kind of entity you are trying to understand.
In either case, these questions are really like asking how many angels can dance on the head of a pin.
When you think about our earth and all they different forms of life, or even just forms of matter, it does seem that anything is possible. But from a scientific standpoint, there is no evidence at all that what you are asking is possible. So you are stuck here with everyone else in the paranormal field...with unanswerable questions.
For all the talk of what a ghost is compared to a poltergeist compared to a residual haunting...for all this talk it really is just TALK. We don't KNOW what all this is. We don't KNOW anything simply because none of this has been laboratory proven, heck, we still don't even KNOW if the theory of evolution, or the big bang theory are correct. Heck, even parts of the theory of relativity are coming into question as of late.
We can sit around and count the angels on the head of a pin for all eternity, but it is just mental wheel spinning really. There is no way to know.
So in answer to your question...is it possible? I wold say so, theoretically. Is is probably, or even remotely likely? No, I would have to say not. In essence, you are proposing that there is an intelligent creator who somehow got exposed to radiation and become, in essence, a superhero.
I am not poking fun at you and I comment=d you for your vivid imagination and your depth of thought in this, and I don't know if you are trying to explain God in scientific terms, or if these are just mental exercises, but what you are proposing is quite doubtful I am afraid.
