Question
my little daughter is 3 years and weighs 13kg and is 90cm long wears between 2-3 and 3-4 years clothes, but eats alot. It's like she can't get enough, mostly it's bread that she wants. Please help I'm worried about her.

Answer
Hi Ellen

I wouldn't worry too much. She is probably going through a growing spurt. I find that my kids start eating more at times then go back to normal, and that usually coincides with them growing out of their clothes!

As long as you are encouraging her to eat healthy things, such as fruits and vegetables, (bread's fine too) I would let her eat what she feels she needs. It will probably slow down  eventually.

If you are worried about her putting on too much weight, make sure she also gets plenty of exercise.

Check out my website for general advice on feeding children:

I hope that helps. Good luck!
