Question Iam having so much trouble getting my son who is 4 1/2 years old to use the potty. I fell I have tried everything and nothing sems to work! can you help please!
Answer Dear Lister,
Since your son is 4 1/2 and is not trained, it is possible that there is a physical problem. You need to have your child checked by his doctor. It may be a simple thing that can be remedied. If you get the chek up and a problem is ruled out, your doctor can still refer you to other help.
Also you need to get the book on potty training that has been a classic for 20 years, by Vicki Lansky, "Koko Bear's New Potty." It comes with special things and tells you absolutely all you need to know and do. Go to the library or the book store or go online at amazon.com to get it. It is easy to read and use and not at all expensive. Evelyn
