Question
what is an average time for a recently turned 4 yr old to go to bed?

Answer
Dear Mike:

I am not sure there are rules for what time children go to bed. I would determine how much sleep your child seems to need and then adjust accordingly.

Some parents put their children to bed as early as 7 p.m. however you need to be prepared for this same child to get up early as well. Most children at this age require a minimum of 8-9 hours of sleep however it does vary from child to child.

Best Wishes!
