I have been going through a similar experience with my mother. Her blood pressure at times is around 210/95, and she will be really out of it. then later in the day she wants to look at her mail and her blood pressure is lower. She also doesnt eat much , and is in such a "fog" some days that you think she cant have much longer to go. Ond day is never like the next and we just try and take one day at a time.

My dad has had advanced parkingson's for 8 years...parkingson's for over 25. In the past two years, he has seemed near death a few times...and then recovers. He has good days and bad days. I thought he was moments from death a few times...and then a couple of days later, he is released from the hospital.  Lately he has lost quite a bit of weight...he is 78 years old. I see many of the same symptoms you is very difficult to see him suffer so.
