Question i am going to have a sweet 13 party and i want it to be the best but my mom is kinda low on money at the moment. what should i do to have a bangin party and stay on a low budget? please help my bday is march 3rd!!!
Answer A theme can be anything you are in to. A great theme for a sweet thirteen would be chocolate. Different types, personalized candy bars and a menu that features chocolate.
