Question We are hosting a 60th bday party - 6:30 pm - w/ appetizers and desserts for 50 adults. How much beer and wine do we need? What types of wine? Also, we have plenty of liquor/mixes left over from a wedding -- so not an issue.
Answer Dear Michele:
That is a tough question not knowing the guest list and their tastes, etc. Only you know who drinks what and how much. My standard suggestion is to go to your local liquor store and ask the manager to help you decide. Perhaps you can take a guest count with ages to give him some help.
As for the types...that depends upon your budget.
