Question I'm a creative person but every year this gets harder as everyone in the family tries to outdo everyone else. We have done slide shows (This is your life stuff put together by the grads siblings complete with music and narration), buffets with two different cultural menus, beach parties. Chocolate fountains.... We have a very large family and will have close to 170 guests. What have you got that is different that will knock their socks off?

Wow, sounds like a problem.
But you Know, I think THAT's the problem! You are probably worrying about beating some false standards set over the years rather than ignoring all that and creating a great party.
To do that I'd need to know a LOT more about the event. You've said it's a Graduation Party for 170 guests but that's not a lot to go on. Tell me a s much as possible and I'll gladly offer you some theme ideas.
