Experience
I have been coordinating events professionally for the last 13 years. I spent 5 years as an event coordinator for a major local university where I coordinated three annual international festivals with attendances of over 10,000 people, as well as various other campus events. For the last eight years I have been a professional fundraiser for various non-profits on Long Island, planning and executing Galas, Dinner Dances, Golf Outings and Brunch/Dinner Cruises. I have also been respnsible for traditional fundraising through grantwriting and annual appeal campaigns. I have additional experience in website and newsletter design and database management.

Question
For 80 people how much little pick up desserts should be prepared

Answer
Judy, I'm not 100% sure what type of dessert you're referring to.  And if you're having any other food would make a difference.  I'm assuming you're referring to bite sized cream puffs, maybe mini canoli and I'm going to assume there will be no other food/desserts.  I would prepare for each person to eat or at least take 4 pieces, giving you 320 little desserts.
