There are hundreds of sites that specialize in that information if you google "kids parties" you will find an amazing amount of bright ideas. We do have a page on our site that leads to al the different kid's party themes, however. http://www.partyplansplus.com/themes.htm Not for those seeking information about party/event planning as a career. Question
My parents are turning 70 this year and I have an event plan....a journey of life featuring a road, memorabelia, photos....but I can't find a "color".  Is there a specific color attached to the 70th birthday like there is for the anniversary? Thanks for your help!

Answer
Dear Chris:

No color for 70...but you could use the "journey" colors like Blue for water, Green for trees/gardens, brown for land/desert.  If you look at roadmaps you will see there is a trend of colors.  That will fall in with the decorations that will follow your travel/journey/etc. theme.

Road maps, picture postcards, luggage, travel posters, passports, tickets, destination labels, etc. etc. all would add to the basis of your theme in decorations, etc.

Transportation vehicles, trains, planes, automobiles...vans, busses,boats...more for the theme plan.

Hope these ideas help.

Have fun!  Congrats to your folks.  I just turned 70 this year...they are the Class of '56.
