I need a little more information here. Like when do you want to have it...that night, the next night, or what? If that night, you are very limited because it would have to start after his job and that might be too late for a lot of options.
After work, the only thing I can think of is Midnight Bowling...but he might be tired after his work...you know best what he would like.

QUESTION: I am having the party the next day..I thought about a present that I can give him which is 3 boxes, in the first box I would put something sexy that related to me and him, and to write on the box "Something Sexy". In the second box I would put something sweet such as chocolates and sweets and I would write on that box "Something Sweet". On the last box I would put something about us and our love, I thought about making a special album for us and writing a peom for him, and I would write on that box "Something about love". what do you thing? is it okay? is there something missing?

Answer Your idea for gifts are great...I know he will love them all.
I am at a loss to answer your question re: surprising your fiancee since I do not know where you will be, when or how you plan to get him there. All of this determines how you plan the surprise.
